Reforms required

The parliament in Strasbourg voted with large majorities to back both countries' accession. The assembly voted 522 - 70, with 69 abstentions, to back Bulgaria's EU entry, Romania's entry got a vote of 497 - 93, with 71 abstentions.

Still, there were serious doubts about whether the countries would implement the reforms the bloc requires before the 2007 date. They include strengthening administration systems, beefing up border controls and introducing competition policy measures.

Hi to add to this list I must tell you of a sad story wherte in my
lack of experience I fell for an overpriced land that ehen I tried to
change to another land the agency stole my full deposit leaving me
5000 Euros out of pocket.

I would AVOID Dao Real, an agency based in Varna, the sea capital of
Bulgaria. Their website is www.daoreal.com

Having left these dishonest agency, I was fortunate enough to find
online a company a friend in BUlgaria thankfully recommended my.

I can also recommend www.bulgarianventure.com as after my bad time
with Dao Real agency, I was rewarded with finding some true
professionals. I now oen my house on the coast and have my Limited
company up and running, about to buy my second place.

BulgarianVenture.com arranged me the best agents that showed me the
property and land on the Black Sea Coast i needed. Highly recommend
that you go before summer if possible as there will be a stampede out
there. Do watch out for thebad agencies out there and get on board
with proper professionals.

The market is good, just do not fall flat on your face bu choosing one
of the many bad agents out there trying to rip-off the investors. I
would not hesitate to recomment BulgarianVenture as they arranged me
an agent I was 100% delighted with.

I now own 2000 meters of unregulated coastal land in the beautiful
coastal town of Obzor, 50 Km south of Varna and this land has doubled
in value in 4 months !!!

The Rodopi towns are beautiful, I must add that they are building the
motorway to Greece and so 30 minute car drive to the Agean Sea, very
nice too !!!:))))
